We try our best to resolve all situations to improve your shopping experience with us. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our return policy below and contact us for any assistance. We strive to be up front and as helpful as possible.
- All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Special order items and international orders are not refundable.
- All returns must be authorized by our staff member and must have an RMA number attached. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.
- Once an RMA has been authorized, we must receive the item within 14 days for the RMA to remain valid.
- Returned items will be accepted only if the items are in unopened, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- We will refund you back the full price of the item minus shipping charges after we have received and inspected the return; restocking fee may also be assessed if applicable (see below). For order with free shipping, we will refund you the order amount minus the normal shipping cost as quoted by our website.
- If the returned item has been opened, there will be a 25% restocking fee. Returns that are missing the original box, bolts, gaskets, or other original items will be rejected with no refund given. Items that have been installed, tested, or otherwise damaged will be rejected with no refund given.
- Returns lost or damaged during shipping back to us will need to be claimed for insurance by you with your shipper. Please make sure you keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information for this purpose. You will be reimbursed by the shipper directly for the insurance claim. No refund will be issued by us for damaged item during the return process.
HOW TO RETURN
Please follow the steps below to speed up your return request.

- Fill out all information completely (please type or print legibly).
- Print your completed RMA form.

- Do NOT ship the item back to us until you have an RMA number. Return shipments without an authorized RMA number will NOT be credited.
- Once you have received an RMA number, note the RMA number on your shipping label and ship the item back to us.
- Returns should be shipped back to us with a tracking number. Please also insure the shipment when shipping. Return shipment without a tracking number or insurance and is lost or damaged during shipping will not be processed.
