The NRG Carbon Fiber Bucket Seat serves a few different important functions. First off, it firmly secures the driver in fixed, stable and supportive position allowing precise inputs to be made to throttle, brake and steering. It is difficult to use smooth driving techniques when G-forces are at work against your body, causing you to brace your knee against a door or grip the steering wheel for stability (like you would usually have to when sitting in an OEM style seat). Secondly, this NRG bucket seat offers excellent lumbar support to keep you nice and comfortable under a variety of driving conditions.

The NRG Carbon Fiber Bucket Seat is constructed primarily of carbon fiber and weighs in at a measly 12 lbs! The back of the seat is left unfinished to showoff the beautiful CF weave. It is ready to accept any 5 or 6 point harness and utilizes protective grips on high wear areas of the outer lining . The NRG Carbon Fiber Bucket Seat is available in a small (~32” waist), medium (~36” waist) and large trim (~40” waist) to fit a wide variety of body shapes. Sliders are included with the seat but brackets must be purchased separately.
